What you'll be doing

• Successfully lead pre-sales projects to showcase Hooks platform capabilities to potential clients
• Tailor platform implementations to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring maximum value and satisfaction
• Develop efficient onboarding processes that facilitate smooth transitions for new clients onto our platform
• Create comprehensive enablement strategies to empower clients in utilising Hook's features effectively
• Meet tight implementation timelines, delivering results within the specified 28-day period consistently
• Offer expert advice on leveraging Hook features for tasks such as renewal forecasting, time management, and process automation
• Work closely with the engineering team to analyse customer datasets and identify potential issues
• Propose innovative solutions to address customer challenges, ensuring timely delivery within the pre-onboarding phase
• Consolidate feedback and collaborate with the product team to prioritise feature development and improvements

Requirements

Who we are looking for:

• Essential: Strong experience using SQL for complex queries
• Data consulting experience or a customer-facing role in a data-led company
• Interested in data, AI, machine learning and Cloud software models
• Ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously
• A good eye for detail - you will be working on complex datasets so it’s important that you can plan your work effectively and drill into the details
