What You'll Do: As our Operations & Stock Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless stock management and warehouse efficiency. From maintaining stock accuracy to managing relationships with third-party providers, your role will be pivotal in driving our success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strict stock accuracy and integrity across systems
• Own stock GRN process and reporting
• Create SKUs and manage data integrity
• Support outbound stock and invoice requirements
• Reconcile stock across systems and investigate discrepancies
• Manage warehouse value-added services and QC requests
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and third-party providers

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proven experience in stock control and warehouse management
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
