We’re looking for a fantastic Office Manager to join our People Team at Skin + Me. This role is based at our Paddington head office and you will also be required to travel to our office in North Acton once per week.

About the role:

This is a pivotal role within the People Team and wider business. The successful candidate will be highly organised with fantastic attention to detail and be passionate about delivering amazing employee experiences.

What you'll do:

• Office and facilities management for two sites in London, you’ll be the first point of contact for any issues which may arise
• Oversee the smooth daily running of our offices which includes but is not limited to:
• Arranging food & drink provisions for breakfast & lunch
• Maintaining office equipment
• Liaising with facilities suppliers and contractors
• POC on all Health & Safety and Fire Regulations, as well as managing the security of our offices
• POC for IT issues (with support from experts)
• Meeting and greeting new starters and visitors
• Lead on office related projects such as office space optimisation or relocation to adapt to business needs
• Be responsible for our office and social budgets, ensuring these are optimised to provide the best employee experience
• Chair our Culture Club Committee to organise the best events such as Summer & Winter parties, Fitness Fridays and other regular socials
• Assist the People Team to onboard new employees successfully into the business to make sure they are best equipped to succeed in their role
• Partner with the People Team to deliver continuous improvements to our office space and culture with the aim of offering a best in class employee experience
• Plus all other ad hoc tasks and projects

Who you are:

• Excellent organisation and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage your workload calmly under pressure. You always have a high attention to detail to ensure nothing is missed
• You’ll demonstrate initiative, leadership and the ability to make things happen. You’re always thinking one step ahead to solve problems before they arise
• You are adaptable and cope well with changing workloads. You’ll be an expert problem solver and think outside the box to reliably solve problems as fast as possible
• Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with the ability to converse and build strong relationships with all stakeholders. You’ll love motivating your colleagues and being a positive influence on others
• Knowledge of Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Powerpoint etc) is preferred
• Strong IT skills. You will be the first point of contact for IT issues, whether it be setting up for our Monday Morning Meeting or troubleshooting a broken laptop.
