Job Description

Your Role

As a Principal Dynamics CE Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of our Enterprise Applications pillar, leveraging your deep Dynamics knowledge and expertise to drive high-profile D365 projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead a delivery team on Dynamics 365 projects. Progresses the objectives & processes, making contributions to supporting business functions.
• Work with customers to understand and define their business process to configure their Dynamics CRM/D365 system.
• Advise customers on best practices for development or integration processes.
• Assist with configuration tasks, data migration and end-to-end testing.
• Provide end-user training courses and ad-hoc coaching.
• Design and test customisations to the Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement/Power Platform system.
• Participate in go-live stages of projects.
• Push projects along through daily communications with the customer and/or project manager.
• Carry out pre-sales engagements, building a comprehensive understanding of customer requirements and business challenges, building and delivering demonstrations of solutions. 

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience:

We're seeking a passionate team player with the following experience:

• Significant experience with Power Platform, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse and D365 Sales, Customer Service and/or Customer Insight Journeys modules
• Customer facing and stakeholder management within an Agile framework; 
• Facilitating customer meetings and advising on delivering business value; 
• Designing solutions; 
• Experience within the Public Sector, leading Government or Membership projects - Desirable
• Creating documentation. 
• Communication (written and verbal)
• Design and delivery functional elements, e.g. customise and configure without code 
• Testing and validation of solutions
• Managing and mentoring more junior team members
• SC Clearance
