ZeroAvia’s marketing team plays a vital role in raising awareness of ZeroAvia’s solution and building the company’s brand. The Content Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning and developing strategic content to support the company's growth objectives and engage our key audiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, produce exceptional content and enhance our online and physical event presence. The ideal candidate will complement exceptional copywriting and content management skills with some design capabilities to support rapid content production capability.

Requirements

ZeroAvia’s marketing team plays a vital role in raising awareness of ZeroAvia’s solution and building the company’s brand. The Content Manager will be responsible for planning and developing strategic content to support the company's growth objectives and engage our key audiences. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, produce exceptional content and enhance our online and physical event presence. The ideal candidate will complement exceptional copywriting and content management skills with some design capabilities to support rapid content production capability.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement content marketing plans and strategies to support company objectives and drive brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to create compelling marketing content, including social media copy, web content, blogs, reports, white papers, videos, infographics, and presentations.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Support basic visual design, visual asset creation and content aesthetics across social media channels, new business proposals, marketing campaigns, web, email and printed materials. Where appropriate work with external agencies and freelancers to deliver next-level content and templates.
  • Work closely with marketing operations colleagues to track and analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Coordinate and participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, representing ZeroAvia in a professional and impactful way.
  • Proven experience in content marketing preferably in one of the aviation, technology or clean energy industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing high quality content and implementing campaigns to impressive, impactful effect
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong copywriting ability. Ideally, some visual design
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for the clean energy industry and sustainable aviation.

Benefits

The wage scale or salary range for this position is between $85,000 - $100,000. In addition to the foregoing base compensation, additional compensation and benefits are available to employees and eligible family members (as applicable) including the following: 

 

💰 Bonus: Annual discretionary bonuses. 

📈 Equity: Ability to exercise company stock options 

👵🏽 Retirement: Eligible to participate in the company's 401(k) Plan, with up to a 4% matching 

👩🏽‍⚕️ Health Insurance: Employer covers up to 80% of the employee's monthly premiums on medical, dental, and vision. 

🧬 Life Insurance: Basic Life/AD&D of up to $50,000 and the option to add on Supplemental Coverage. 

💫 Short-Term Disability: Up to 60% of your earnings for up to a period of 24 weeks. 

🤒 Long-Term Disability: If your disability extends beyond 180 days, LTD Coverage for up to 60% of your earnings. 

🏖️ Paid Time Off: Eligible employees may accrue up to 120 hours per year (15 days) and may borrow up to 40 hours (5 days). 

🩺 Sick Time: Eligible employees may accrue up to 40 hours, per year (5 days) 

🏖️ Paid Holidays: 12 observed holidays, per calendar year. 

🛩️ The Fly Club: up to $2,000 of reimbursement towards flying lessons to all full-time staff
