Analog Devices (ADI) Aerospace and Defense department is seeking an experienced Engineering RF Technician. The individual would work out of our Chelmsford MA facilities. The individual’s qualifications are listed below:

We are seeking a skilled RF Technician needed with 5+ Years of experience in RF/Microwave testing and working with integrated assemblies. Troubleshoot RF/Microwave circuitry while working closely with the Engineering Team.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite).
  • Performs a wide variety of test functions requiring use of RF/microwave test equipment, signal generators, frequency counters, digital multi-meters, oscillators, attenuators, pulse generators, microwave devices, thermocouples, etc. 
  • Test stand calibration knowledge.
  • Tuning skills for RF optimization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Word and computer skills.
  • Familiar with making S-Parameter measurements, P1db, IP3 and Noise Figure.
  • Strong knowledge of amplifiers, dividers, mixers, and a variety of RF components used in the RF industry.
  • Reworking integrated assemblies, soldering, epoxying, working to print etc.
  • Probe station measurements at the die level a plus, but not required.
  • Highly motivated, team player, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze measured data and make recommendations
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED, additional Technician training preferred.
