The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for the delivery, development, and execution of demand generation programs that enable Workiva Partners to identify new sales opportunities, generate qualified sales pipeline, and drive revenue success for Workiva in EMEA. This includes developing and implementing strategic co-marketing plans, localized marketing, sales readiness training and product enablement.
What You’ll Do
Define and execute Partner Marketing strategy in conjunction with our EMEA Partner organization
Develop and document partner-led management strategies
Become the expert for Partner Marketing processes, requirements, and dependencies for assigned areas
Drive alignment with the global Partner Marketing team and cross-functional teams
Ensure mutual plans are created with Partners as defined by the Workiva Partner program
Create a cross-functional marketing plan to meet EMEA Partner objectives
Build and execute joint marketing campaigns with EMEA Partners that result in measurable pipeline growth
Actively provide input to the regional and global Partner Marketing teams on requirements for future campaigns and infrastructure improvements
Take part in relevant projects to further enhance partner marketing operations
Leverage insight and tools to assess the effectiveness of Partner Marketing initiatives
Lead Partner Marketing planning and Quarterly Business Review cadence sessions with regional and global teams
What You’ll Need
Minimum Qualifications
4+ years of related experience in a similar role - ideally partner/channel marketing, field marketing or similar
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent interpersonal communication, both written and verbal
Strong presentation skills
Ability to influence at all levels - both internally and externally
Metrics-driven mindset with data and analytics skills
Team player with a proven track record in working effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to operate in a fast-moving and dynamic environment
B2B marketing experience with a focus on partner or channel marketing
Experience in creating marketing campaigns aligned to business targets - supported clearly by joint value propositions
Experience in creating account based marketing (ABM) campaigns
Fluency in English required - additional fluency in Dutch, French or German a plus but not essential
Travel Requirement and Working Conditions
Up to 25% travel for customer, partner, and internal events
Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
