This critical role in the Global Business Unit (GBU) of the Displays Product management team will be an Experience Product Planner in the Product Management team, and a leader and focal point to execute strategies that integrate product management process knowledge, business acumen, supply and demand knowledge and problem-solving into executable plans for NPI and sustaining products.

Define a vision and roadmap for new customer products and experiences, and cross- collaborate with different teams to define and ship those products.

• Incubate new experience concepts (0-to-1) using customer insights, competitive assessments, and sales/regional data, set success criteria and iterate based on learnings.

• Drive discovery of new opportunities with our users, and help craft research to gain the insights required to drive focused innovation and make effective product and experience tradeoffs. 

• Articulate software and hardware requirements that will enable HP to provide a differentiated and powerful value propositions for commercial buyers and end users around the world. 

• Effectively represent HP to customers

Educations, Skills, and Requirements 

• MBA or equivalent experience required. 

• 3+ years of applicable experience  

• Experience cross-collaborating to drive projects forward

• Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.  

• A growth mindset.  Must fearlessly acknowledge successes and setbacks, accept feedback, and quickly progress the team to the next step.  

• Passion for learning and trying new hardware and software technologies and their associated workings, advantages, shortcomings, and application in customer use cases and experiences. 

• Ability to work independently, effectively management time and priorities, maintain a “problem-solving” attitude, and resourcefully bring forward ideas and recommendations.
