What you will do:

  • Coordinate with the Collaboration & Content Practice Group Leads (PGLs) to advise on trends in the marketplace and provide introductions to other organizational resources and specialists/experts where appropriate.
  • Understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Collaboration & Content solutions to all levels of a client organization, including business line managers, and C-level executives.
  • Lead and support Collaboration & Content user group events and be an active moderator and contributor to our online client communities for Collaboration & Content clients.
  • Serve as a visible presence in the marketplace, demonstrating Intapp’s technology expertise and thought leadership at conferences, events, and other industry programs.
  • Proactively engage with clients to interpret usage data and develop benchmarks, predictive KPIs, and recommend modifications of system usage to clients as appropriate.
  • Monitor and analyze client base to identify trends in product health and make recommendations to Business Unit for client outreach programs to improve client retention rates and coordinate same.
  • Curate product enhancement requests received from clients, manage the process of review with the Product organization and coordinate responses to clients.
  • Work with the Business Unit’s Client Experience team to analyze data, identify trends, formulate recommendations, and execute programs to optimize the client journey and result in high client satisfaction and referenceability.

What you will need

  • 5+ years’ experience in the legal or professional services industry, in a technology role. Experience in enterprise software or document management administration a plus.
  • Expertise with Microsoft 365 and Teams required; familiarity with iManage, NetDocuments, Repstor/Intapp applications a distinct advantage.
