Job Descrption
Ensure HSSER is fully integrated into all business processes, ensuring HSSER compliance with the law, relevant regulations and all DS Smith Standards, including the Management Safety Standard.
Coordinate and enable the continuous development of a Health, Safety, Sustainability, Environment and Risk culture across the assigned area(s), where all stakeholders strive for zero harm
Provide support to the Site managers and site management teams in developing and executing their HSSER Responsibilities.
Develop and maintain contacts with relevant HSSER regulatory and industry organisations and actively participate in meetings and initiatives with them.
Act as the key point of contact for resources (including 3rd party contractors) working on behalf of the multi-site business unit on Environmental and Sustainability issues.
