TechStyleOS is currently looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our Product Creation Team. This is an amazing opportunity to work in a highly dynamic environment and deliver impactful new services and features that impact Fabletics as well as our proprietary FashionOS technology. 
 
 

How do you fit in: 
 

As the Principal Product Manager, you will drive innovation in our product creation process by implementing new tools and technologies to improve the efficiency of our teams. You will watch your work come to life by partnering with business stakeholders and your software engineering team to release new platforms, tools, and processes. 

This position will report to the Director of Product on the TechStyleOS Product Creation Team. 
 

What you can bring: 

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a product management/business consultant capacity. 

• Experience with a Planning software development company, fashion company specific experience is a plus. 

• Deep knowledge of merchandise planning and allocation processes for multi-sales channel (retail, e-comm, etc.) businesses, with exposure to integrated systems (PLM, OMS, ERP, WMS) is required. 

• Ability to quickly understand, simplify, internalize, and communicate complex or technical concepts. 

• Emphasis on user-driven product design and data-driven refinement. 

• Demonstrated experience managing stakeholder needs against limited resources, while maintaining buy-in. 

• Articulate and collaborative, with an ability to get a point across using data while maintaining decorum. 

• Strong rapport with software engineers and a deep understanding of the full software development lifecycle. 

• Agile experience (Scrum, Kanban). 

• High level of competency and familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and/or similar analytic tools, testing platforms, and tracking tools. 
   

What you will work on:  

• Manage the full project lifecycle of tools & systems development and reconfiguration to support the Product Creation stakeholders. 

• Gather requirements from stakeholders across teams to define user needs, project scope and new solution opportunities. 

• Contribute to product roadmaps, developing the business case and ROI for new initiatives. 

• Write detailed project requirements, draft business workflows, communicate project scope effectively, and manage projects through development, QA, and launch. 

• Execute on routine monthly product updates that support standard business cycle. 

• Monitor Key Business and User metrics to ensure an always optimized tools & systems. 

• Manage agile project as scrum master.
