  • Business Development is a conduit to the firm’s investment teams and supports our clients and internal business partners through investment-platform and product content, messaging, competitive analysis and education
  • Product Strategy & Development designs, develops and manages the firm’s global lineup of investment services and considers clients’ evolving needs to identify new opportunities
  • Marketing promotes the firm and its services by creating, packaging and distributing content and messaging to engage diverse audiences through digital platforms and initiatives, strategic campaigns, and events
  • Business Transformation looks to evolve and scale our business, leveraging digital and data, to drive top-line growth and improve profitability

Team Overview

The Americas Retail Marketing Team creates the vision and manages the implementation of all channel and digital marketing strategies for the US and Latin American retail markets. This team is responsible for strategic planning and tactical execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, events, and communications to support the sale of our US Mutual Funds, US Separately Managed Accounts and Offshore Funds.  The team helps design, develop and execute strategic marketing and communication plans that raise the visibility of our products, services and brand, while also driving revenue growth and client retention. 

What You'll Do:

The AVP, Cross Channel Marketing Manager will play a significant role in the strategic planning and tactical execution of multi-channel marketing initiatives designed to drive sales and increase brand awareness in the US Retail channel.

We emphasize a flat structure and a hands-on, proactive approach to all initiatives. The candidate will need to use critical thinking and strategic decision-making skills. In addition, strong project management skills, attention-to-detail, data analysis, strong collaboration and communication skills will be paramount.

Job Description

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • In partnership with the VP, Cross Channel Marketing for the US Retail channel, you will conceptualize, develop, and build marketing programs focused on driving brand awareness and engagement from targeted prospects and clients. Campaigns will be developed to align with business growth objectives.
  • Working across channels (email marketing, social media, web, webcasts, etc.), you will develop and execute marketing communications with measurable and actionable KPIs.  Additionally, you will set marketing engagement metrics and track progress on a monthly basis.
  • Project manage content and creative development from beginning to end including providing clear project tracking and timelines to key constituents.
  • Collaborate with business development teams, strategic relationship group and vehicle strategists to determine messaging and key activation methods.
  • Work closely with in-house design and digital marketing teams and well as external agencies to build and deliver marketing programs.
  • Act as an integrated marketing representative back to the Americas Marketing, keeping the rest of the team informed of project results, strategy focus, and competitor strategies.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5-8 years general marketing experience (financial services experience a plus)
  • Familiarity with B:B/B:B:C marketing ecosystems and sales enablement and how to engage with this audience.  Desire to build expertise in investments, economics, and capital markets, if not already held.
  • History of executing successful marketing programs and communications
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends alongside demonstrable experience marketing in a digital world
  • Excellent project management skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrating superb project management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Strong ability to collaborate and open to other viewpoints
  • Ability to synthesize data and qualitative information to arrive at a compelling conclusion/tell a story
  • Agility and innovation when faced with complexity and/or adversity. Ability to be resourceful, think out of the box and move things forward with a high degree of urgency

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • General marketing or digital marketing background (financial services experience preferred)
  • High proficiency working in Word, PowerPoint, Excel – Salesforce, Marketo, ON24 and/or Seismic proficiency highly desired
