The CPG department works with nationally recognised FMCG suppliers with household brand clients, providing solutions to business challenges based upon our data. The team are responsible for client retention, contract renewal, and revenue growth through products and services which meet the business needs of clients. The overall aim is to boost our client’s market or category understanding whilst building brand equity.
Overview of the role:
The Senior Insight Manager will be a fundamental member of the Tesco account team, supporting Tesco insights, category and trading teams to utilise our insight platform and add customer and industry knowledge to help them improve the quality of their business decisions.
The core focus for the Senior Insight Manager will be to help the client understand data and create insights gathered predominantly from Tesco specific Epos compared to total UK Market Data.
The ideal candidate will need to have an innovative and analytical mind, the energy and drive to challenge established thinking and strive to grow the client’s business through inspiring insight, combined with excellent interpersonal and engagement skills to deliver an all-round service.
We have two apprentices working on Tesco, so for the right candidate there is an opportunity for line management or coaching and mentoring our new talent. This role will have the requirement to travel to the client’s office (Hertfordshire - twice a week) and Circana’s Head Office in Bracknell (roughly once per month). In the role you will be mentored, trained, and supported to become a high performing member of an ambitious and career development focused team.
