Your Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Digital Sales Specialist. This role will focus on promoting and selling Lab Water products, with an emphasis on consumables sales, through digital channels. The Digital Sales Specialist will be responsible for managing customer accounts not proactively managed by the commercial organization, nurturing new leads, qualifying prospects, and providing support to customers through various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate strong decision-making skills, and prioritize delivering an outstanding customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote, sell, and explain all Lab Water products to potential and existing customers via phone and online channels.
  • Support the Digital Strategy and drive sales growth for ANZ by utilizing digital tools such as Redox and SalesForce.com.
  • Manage customer relationships with the current customer base and all new customers through regular follow-ups, building customer loyalty through strong relationships.

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a science-related field (Life Science: Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology, STEM background, etc.).
  • Customer-facing experience required with a proven track record of customer relationship management or development.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to follow processes and procedures effectively.
