Come Join Our Team 
The System Analyst will be responsible for supporting internal and external stakeholders such as Business Analysts, Program Leadership and clients with a variety of complex reporting deliverables.
 
What is the position? 
The ideal candidate has experience navigating complex streams of data, join and manipulate the data, and determining valuable insights. The candidate should enjoy working with others in a team environment but also self-motivated and able to operate autonomously when needed. The candidate should have a true passion for data and enjoy using data to tell a story.
 
What will I get to do?  

• Field requests from stakeholders, clarify requirements, and respond with data that meets the end-users need.
• Build complex SQL queries to bring multiple data sources together.
• Develop, operate, and maintain deliverables that will be compiled and delivered on a regular cadence.
• Build and continually enhance the test plan
• Develop, operate, and maintain user test case scenarios
• Execute multiple test cases
• Continually developing business knowledge to become a subject matter expert.
• Work with colleagues to iterate deliverables into a more robust product.
• Identify anomalies and discrepancies within the underlying data.
• Attention to detail and accountability to meet critical deadlines.
• Flexibility in schedule depending on business need.
• Develop and execute EDI X12 files
• Understand scrum ceremonies and SDLC
• Document progress (updates, concerns, etc.) in JIRA and team communication channels

 
What qualifications do I need? 

Required minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent OR 4 years’ relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 5 additional years of relevant experience
• Experience analyzing data and presenting information to stakeholders.
• Experience with programming or SQL or BI Platform.
• Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US (if not a citizen) and a resident of the US for at least 3 years within the last 5 years.

• Experience with performing comprehensive data model analysis.
• Experience with optimizing existing processes.
• Experience with migrating large data sets into new platforms.
• Experience with EDI X12, 834, 820, TA1, and 999 data
• Proactive, organized, and strong time management skills.
• Experience performing Software Quality Assurance Testing.

When determining a salary for this role, the following factors may be taken into consideration - contract-specific affordability, education, knowledge, skills, competencies and experience.
