We’re looking for a Data Administrator to join our team in Kings Hill

This is a great opportunity to kick- start your career within the Supply Chain/ Agricultural industry and become part of a passionate and dedicated team. You may be a recent graduate or already working within the industry looking for a new challenge.  

Responsibilities include:

• Assist with customs documentation for EU imports.
• Managing purchase order set up.
• Monitoring vessel arrivals and sharing key information with internal stakeholders.
• Support with sales order processing and invoice management.
• Maintain clear communication with suppliers and customers.
• Assist with managing stock and coordinating transport.
• Proactively learn and solve problems as you go.

Requirements

Essential 

• A passion for learning and a willingness to grow.  

• Strong organisational skills and a reliable work ethic.  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.  
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Excel.  

Desirable 

• Previous experience in supply chain or fresh produce
