We are looking for a driven and results oriented individual to support the Landscaping & Erosion Category team by delivering WOW service excellence and increase sales.

The successful candidate will have a can-do attitude, have a growth mindset and understanding attitude towards both customers and co-workers.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and deliver WOW service via phone & email. Your determination and strong communication and organisational skills will ensure you build strong working relationships with customers to ensure return of business.

Responsibilities

• Answering all landscaping & erosion incoming calls
• Outbound quote follow-up
• Quote creation & order entry
• Portal Management
• Extensive knowledge of key products preferable
• Generate quality leads for the category team
• Adhering to all Jaybro Group policies and code of conduct
• You are responsible for your own health and safety and for the health and safety of any other person around you as per legislation

Requirements

• 1-2 years Customer Service/Sales experience – inbound & outbound calls
• Intermediate level Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail and time management
• Previous experience in the civil construction industry supply industry is highly regarded
