Technical Account Analyst at OpenX

Job Descrption
The OpenX DSP Demand team manages all DSP relationships across the OpenX Ad Exchange. The Technical Account Analyst will be responsible for ensuring our customer’s success and satisfaction with our products and contributing to their long-term loyalty. Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Technical Account Management, the Technical Account Coordinator will work closely with the DSP account team to ensure that OpenX is delivering overall superior service to our DSPs.
OpenX is looking for an analytical, data focused individual interested in developing and supporting DSP partners in North America and EMEA regions. This includes working with the DSP Team in their day to day responsibilities of monitoring key accounts / business metrics, reporting tasks and data mining. The Technical Account Coordinator will also interface directly with internal OpenX teams (Exchange Optimization, Business Development, support, marketplace quality, Deal Operations, etc.) to optimize and resolve DSP requests.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with driving programmatic efficiency with RTB demand partners by performing complex reporting tasks, analyzing data and client KPIs to provide strategic insights, SPO and deal optimizations. 
  • Support the growth of established DSP partners around all key areas (reporting, deal creation, troubleshooting, discrepancy, support). 
  • Work with cross-functional teams to streamline reporting/dashboards to drive efficiency.
  • Assist with building quarterly and annual business reviews including data pulls, analysis, and creating graphs and charts.

  • Committed to continuous learning and improvement in the field of programmatic data analysis including the capability to interpret data, extract insights, identify correlations, and make data-driven recommendations. 
  • Continuous learning of the prominent technologies within ad tech: bidstreams, DSPs, ad serving, programmatic buying, measurement and data targeting
  • Perform project-based work as needed

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years coordination role experience in a programmatic advertising role such as sales, optimization strategy, account management, data analytics, marketing or similar type organization.
  • Skilled in reviewing complex reporting with the ability to use data and reporting tools to solve problems and identify opportunities.
  • Very organized with great attention to detail
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player, as well as an efficient individual contributor
  • Proficient knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
  • BA / BS degree or a equivalent work experience

Desired Qualifications & Skills

  • Clear understanding of OpenX’s business and position in the market
  • Experience within ad tech, programmatic or closely related digital media industry
  • Familiarity with Google Suite and CRM or incident tracking and management systems such as Salesforce and Looker Studio. 
  • Customer-first mindset, willingness to go above and beyond to service end clients
