PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES As the SAP Senior Technical Architect - BTP at Nagarro, you will be accountable for participating in activities that include technical document knowledge, implementation, testing, hyper-care, and business-process research while adhering to established processes and simultaneously handling critical situations. Candidate will be willing to take up challenges, know key business areas, propose alternatives and suggestions to make solution sustainable, and develop expertise for the team. As a senior technical architect, you will guide and steer customer and internal teams to achieve state of the art solutions using BTP solution area like AI, application development, integration SAC, LC/NC, etc. This position requires the ability to work and communicate in a dynamic, interdisciplinary, and intercultural team in an agile and efficient way. As a thought leader in SAP BTP, you will explore the possibility for learning and personal development and therefore you keep track of the latest developments and share your knowledge actively with others within SAP BTP solution area. You will be working with and leading teams to successful projects in the context of SAP BTP. This strategic position is at the core of our customers'''' success and Nagarro''''s growth, requiring accountability for the implementation of SAP BTP use cases, methodologies, and leadership. Given the strategic nature of the role, extensive travel of up to 100% may be required to expand Nagarro''''s footprint across the North American business market. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS • Evaluate and implement optimal cloud services within SAP BTP to spearhead our clients'''' cloud transformation initiatives. • Plan and execute customer workshops focused on SAP BTP architecture, identifying cloud service use cases, and incorporating cutting-edge AI (Joule) applications. • Design, construct, and validate SAP BTP-based solutions, ensuring alignment with customer use cases. • Develop and write high-quality code and objects tailored to customer specific BTP requirements. • Demonstrate expertise in crafting comprehensive technical documents and seamlessly integrating them into the system. • Cultivate strategic relationships with clients, positioning Nagarro as the preferred partner for SAP BTP solutions. • Effectively communicate with project team members across varying technical proficiencies, offering guidance and support as needed. • Perform rigorous Unit Testing of SAP BTP objects in accordance with technical specifications, optimizing performance through adept performance tuning techniques. • Uphold quality standards through meticulous peer reviews of technical specifications and code. • Perform on a thought leadership role by providing advisory insights to clients in the realm of SAP BTP solutions. • Stay abreast of the latest technological advancements in the industry and adeptly integrate them into customer engagements. EDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES/SKILLS • Exhibit expertise in SAP BTP Services, Discovery Centre, etc. • Proficient in the development of Fiori Applications, including FreeStyleSAPUI5 and Fiori Elements. • Configure Fiori Launchpad services or Workzone with content from SAP S4 HANA. • Expert knowledge of BTP landscape architecture and connectivity with various SAP and third-party systems. • Familiarity with OAuth 2.0 concepts such as JWT, XSUAA, Approuter, and Node JS. • Basic knowledge of SAP BUILD AppGyver, UI5 Web components, and UI5 Flexibility. • Development proficiency in CAP or RAP models within BTP environment. • Additional desirable skills include knowledge of SAP BUILD Process Automation, Action projects for custom APIs with Swagger specifications (Swagger Inspector/Hub), and testing BTP services using Postman. • Minimum 5 end-to-end SAP BTP implementation experiences. • Certification in SAP CPI, Analytics, AI, Application Development, or other SAP Solutions is a significant advantage. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE • 12+ years of professional experience with demonstrated technical knowledge/expertise. • 5+ years of integrating Cloud ERP and related experience. • 10+ years customer-facing experience in consulting, pre-sales, delivery, or technical architect capacity.
