Job Description

Basic Purpose and Function 

To provide support to the WNS network management team, to assist in maintaining the service, performance and capacity of the WNS Repair Network to meet the requirements of our clients and internal operations.

Key Tasks

  • To work closely with the network managers to provide support on daily basis through the support with their daily activities and admin duties.
  • To maintain a good level of knowledge of the WNS repair network and how it operates  
  • To build a strong relationship with Network repairers to provide them with support as a key point of contact for any relationship issues.
  • To assist the network managers in ensuring adequate Motor repair coverage is maintained to meet the needs of the business. Through engaging with potential new repairs.
  • To assist with contractual compliance of the motor repairers through maintaining records and communicating with network repairers. 
  • To carry out remote checks on repairers’ compliance, through online research.
  • To update the WNS systems and data bases to reflect changes in the Repair network and any new contracts.  
  • To be a key point of contact between the Wns internal functions (claims, finance, It, Ops)   and the Network managers.
  • To create reports from the Wns reporting systems.
  • To assist with Business communications to the repair network
  • to support the network team with resolution of escalated network repairer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
  • To develop and maintain positive relationships with internal colleagues and demonstrate high levels of engagements within the business.
  • The ability to create and effectively plan your workload around business priorities.

Qualifications

Essential

  • Educated to GCSE Level
  • Experience working in a similar role.
  • Good level of Knowledge WNS policies and systems.

Desirable

  • Experience working in the Motor or claims Industry.

Functional/ Technical Skills

  • Good MS Office Skills
  • Excellent Telephone Manner and Telephone response. Good level of customer service skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with external suppliers.
  • The ability to analysis data and produce business reports. 
  • The ability to produce and implement action plans to address business problems
