Your Mission

We are seeking a talented and creative Communications Design Intern to join our Marketing Team for a 12-week paid internship. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about communications design and digital marketing and wants to gain hands-on experience creating engaging visual content for various digital platforms at a fast-growing SaaS start-up in the attractions industry. 

The communications design intern will work closely with our marketing team to produce social media graphics, LinkedIn ads, email graphics, and video assets that align with our brand identity and marketing goals, whilst having the ability to explore new ideas they may have.

• Working Hours: 3-4 days per week depending on the availability of the chosen candidate.

• Internship Duration: 12 weeks with the possibility of an extension.

In this role, you will get to:

1. Design and create eye-catching graphics and videos for organic and paid social media channels (typically LinkedIn) to increase engagement and followers.
2. Design email newsletters, ensuring they are visually appealing and align with our brand standards.
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign concepts and provide creative input.
4. Format, design and publish blogs on the Attractions.io website. 
5. Support our design lead with creating a range of marketing assets from brochures and guides, to banners used at trade shows.
6. Ensure all designs are consistent with our brand identity and messaging.

Requirements

1. You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
2. You have experience using Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite (Mainly Photoshop and Illustrator) or Figma
3. You are a creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
4. You have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
5. You are passionate about digital marketing and eager to learn about the Attractions industry.
