What You’ll Do

We are looking for a Workplace Experience Supervisor to join our growing Richmond VA team. The Workplace Experience Supervisor will oversee and manage the overall workplace environment across two of our Richmond offices to ensure a positive and efficient experience for all employees.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing office facilities: Overseeing the office space, ensuring it is well maintained and coordinating any necessary repairs or improvements
  • Coordinating workspace layouts: Managing office layouts and configurations to optimize space and accommodate the needs of employees.
  • Cross Functional Collaboration: collaborating with other departments such as HR and IT and local leaders to address workplace needs and improve overall efficiency.
  • Vendor Management: Collaborating with vendors for services like cleaning, security and other facilities related needs.
  • Safety and compliance: Ensuring compliance with our office safety policies.
  • Event Planning and Employee Engagement: Developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction, including organizing workplace events, meetings and gathering to foster a positive office culture.
  • Communication: Providing support to employees by facilitating effective communication within the workplace and addressing or directing employee inquiries or concerns. 
  • Technology Support: Coordinating technology needs within the office with the IT team.
  • Budget Management: Managing budgets related to office facilities services and events.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for improvement in the workplace processes and implementing solutions to enhance the overall workplace experience.
  • Manage front office logistics 

What You’ll Bring

  • A strong understanding of facilities maintenance and the ability to optimize workplace layouts. 
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with employees, vendors and other stakeholders effectively. 
  • Strong Problem solving abilities to address issues related to facilities, employee concerns and workplace logistics. 
  • Effective organizational skills to manage workplace logistics, events and facilities services simultaneously. 
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams across two locations. 
  • Experience in planning and executing office events and activities to promote employee engagement and well being. 
  • Experience in managing relationships with vendors who provide facility related services. 
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment 
  • Ability to adapt to changing workplace dynamics and implement solutions to evolving challenges.
