Our Opportunity
As Snyk's Director of Talent Attraction, you'll be pivotal in shaping our company's future, with your leadership central to our ongoing success. At Snyk, we champion data-driven decision-making, and you'll be at the forefront of this approach, utilizing data and analytics to inform and propel our strategies. This will involve refining talent attraction processes and quantifying their impact. Your responsibilities extend to overseeing both Snyk R&D and CTO hiring teams, where your global leadership will harmonize our efforts across diverse regions. Here, you'll nurture high-impact teams and instill a culture of resilience, optimism and growth mindset. Your influence goes beyond geographical boundaries, as you collaborate seamlessly with teams worldwide, ensuring our talent attraction strategies resonate on a global scale. Reporting directly to the VP of Talent Attraction, you will be a key driver of our talent acquisition strategy.
This role will be based in London, requiring a commitment to working in the office 2-3 days per week.
