Job Description

This is a senior position within the quality team, playing a vital part in the success of department. You will solve complex, challenging issues and be considered a technical expert in the team through directing the way with best practice.

Reporting to the Quality Manager, this position will be viewed and will assist in the development of other quality engineers.  This position will be heavily focussed on the management of suppliers from a quality perspective.

In this role you will have numerous responsibilities to take ownership of and drive like developing process audit plans, implementing new methodologies to improve quality and using problem solving techniques to identify issues. As aforementioned, you will play a big part in the development of other team members through mentoring and regular meets.

The ideal candidate will be result driven, thrives on focusing on continuous improvements and naturally looks to support the development of themselves and those around them.

Experience Requirements:

• Experience within a quality environment in a related, regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of quality management techniques and quality system requirements
• Solid understanding of quality tools like root cause analysis

• The ability to work alongside a range of individuals
• Strong organisational skills and able to plan for different eventualities
• Leadership qualities and the capacity to take the helm on projects
