Job Description

The Contracts Engineer is the primary contact between the company and its customer base, and acts as the main reception and processing point for the majority of sales orders received at Bath.  The combination of these functions not only underpins the perceived level of customer service but also provides the prime input for the Operations Department.

The Contracts Engineer is expected to provide an efficient service to customers by processing and interpreting their sales orders promptly and accurately, and by representing the interests of the customer within the company.  

This role would suit a driven, customer centric individual keen to further their career within a progressive organisation.

Qualifications

Essential:

• Experience in a manufacturing/engineering environment
• Good technical, mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Experience in a contractual environment

The successful candidate:

• Will posses good organisational skills 
• Will work well as part of a team whilst being able to self manage
• Will posses excellent customer service skills
