This role is an 12 month FTC
This is a critical position within the production team working on dynamic challenges and varied projects where you will have a tangible effect on the efficiency of Rotork’s production.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this role is to ensure the continuous improvements of engineering tasks and processes during a transformational period of developments and efficiency gains within the Bath factory.
In the Manufacturing Engineer role you will design, implement and document shop floor processes, considering best engineering practice throughout. You will partake in audits, technical support and problem investigations/ resolutions with a view to suggest new processes and equipment where applicable and appropriate.
This role would suit a proactive candidate who is motivated in problem solving and driving solutions forwards. You must be a team player with the ability to work independently and have an analytical mind with an eye for detail.
