Company Description
Rotork is seeking a highly motivated and skilled D365 Product Owner to join our team in Bath on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing requirements, supporting testing activities, and serving as the product owner for various aspects of our D365 implementation, including CE, E-Con, CERES, and Bluestar. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics D365, agile methodologies, and B2B sales processes.
Job Description
- Manage Requirements:
- Support our solution provider in completing all System Integration Testing (SIT) activities.
- Track and progress Engineering Services dependencies and deliverables through our solution provider.
- Add relevant user stories as required in DevOps.
- Ensure user stories are populated to meet the team's expectations.
- Ensure all User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process maps, testing, and training related to Product Models are complete to support Go-live.
- Create item data to support the selling entities ahead of the factories.
- Product Owner Tasks:
- Act as the CE product owner within the DRIVE implementation and rollout phase.
- Provide expertise on E-Con from both technical and business perspectives.
- Oversee CERES, including ACE and Service model.
- Manage the Bluestar backlog features, document sites, and users, as well as license tracking.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics/D365.
- Familiarity with CE CRM system operations for industrial businesses.
- Experience with B2B sales processes.
- Ability to manage and deliver activities with varying priorities.
- Strong analytical background.
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration.
