Job Description

This role entails spearheading the development of innovative networking solutions for industrial actuators, spanning the entire journey from conceptualization to production. As a focal point for the team, you will have the freedom to shape and influence projects toward success.

Under the guidance of the Engineering Manager for Digital Systems, you'll be an integral part of a medium-sized team, contributing collaboratively to the broader engineering activities of the company.

Your responsibilities encompass the comprehensive hardware development process, from influencing specifications to final product delivery. This role may also involve engaging in low-level firmware tasks, ensuring a diverse and engaging daily workload.

The ideal candidate will possess compelling interpersonal skills, embody a collaborative team spirit, exhibit a high level of initiative, and thrive as a self-motivated problem solver.

Experience Requirements

• Experience designing circuits or microcontrollers (electronic hardware) within products
• Demonstrable knowledge of the full product development lifecycle
• Experience leading projects and reviewing/ signing off the work of others
