Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to deliver innovative enhancements to our broad product range, developing market leading solutions for our global customer base across multiple industries.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager within the NPD team, you will work as part of a large team dedicated to product improvement within the Engineering department, collaborating with suppliers, Operations and support teams around the world on all technical aspects and bill of materials management.

In this role you will contribute to design reviews to ensure that Rotork designs and solutions comply with specifications and relevant standards, develop and provide cost estimates in collaboration with all business disciplines, develop and execute functional and non-functional test specifications to ensure compliance.

This role would suit an individual who is proactive, hands on and driven and ensures the delivery of all activities in line with agreed deadlines.

Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electronic engineering. Similar HND/HNC qualifications with industry experience will also be considered.
• Component and circuit level electronic design evaluation, test and troubleshooting.
• C language experience in embedded microcontroller applications.

The Successful Candidate Will Be Someone Who:

• Has a background in Electronics Engineering or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Has a solid understanding of information processing fundamentals and best practices
• Can effectively communicate technical information with a non-technical audience when required
• Adapts style to contribute and enhance overall team performance
