This is an exciting opportunity at the heart of Learning & Development at Rotork. Working across all levels of the business the successful candidate will develop talent, as well as managing our Early Careers Programme.
In this role you will partner with the key stakeholders to understand business challenges and capability gaps. You will develop and deliver programmes and initiatives to build people, management, and future talent capabilities; in line with global business needs.
This position will also oversee our Graduate programme, where you will directly line manage our Graduates and Interns, ensuring their rotational programme provides development and opportunities for growth.
This role would suit someone with a demonstrated track record of implementing innovative learning & development solutions, who is looking for an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact within a global organisation.
