OPPORTUNITY OVERVIEWZeroFox seeks a Sales Development Representative Manager. We don’t just need a manager. We don’t just need a coach. We don’t just need a proven sales professional. As ZeroFox continues to expand globally, the growth and scalability of the SDR team is imperative. This is why we’re looking for an SDR Manager to help onboard, train, mentor, coach, and most importantly, lead our international SDR team based in London. We’re looking for a proven sales professional and leader that is ready to dive into the next stage of their career at a fast growing company. In this role, you will have the opportunity to have an immediate impact on the success, career development, and professional trajectory of your team members while taking your own career growth to the next level. Through partnering with SDR Leadership, Sales, and Marketing teams, this will be a collaborative effort in continuing to build out the UK/EMEA SDR team.

Role and responsibilities

  • Successfully hire and onboard new SDRs
  • Analyze data and metrics within Salesforce and Outreach to help manage performance and provide coaching
  • Provide weekly call and email coaching through the use of Gong and Outreach
  • Review prospecting efforts and provide feedback and coaching to align with ZeroFox SDR Best Practices
  • Strategize and implement new and creative outreach campaigns to help generate pipeline and also measure success of campaigns for future initiatives
  • Brainstorm new incentives,  games, and other ideas to help motivate the team and continue to build strong culture and competition on the team
  • Work closely with individual SDRs to help drive career and professional growth
  • Collaborate with ZeroFox marketing team to help support SDR team through events, webinars, and other marketing-driven initiatives
  • Work with the SDR Director to create and refine messaging
  • Work with the SDR Director to evaluate and current TAM and realign if necessary
  • Help with cold emails and responses from prospects when needed

Required qualifications and skills

  • CRM software experience (SFDC - reporting & analysis)
  • SDR Leadership experience, typically obtained in 1+ years
  • Software/tech sales experience, typically obtained in 1+ years
  • SDR Enablement Tool experience (i.e. Outreach)
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience

Other Information

  • This position will report to the Director, Sales Development
  • This position may entail up to 5% travel
  • This role is based out of our office in London (hybrid)
  • This role requires occasional work on nights and weekends as needed
