Do you have experience of working with teenagers and young adults? Equal Education Partners is currently recruiting dedicated supply teaching assistants for Secondary schools across West Wales, with a focus on Neath Port Talbot, Swansea, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire, and Pembrokeshire.

You will work closely with class teachers to provide educational and emotional support to pupils and help to maintain a safe and enjoyable learning environment. Your role will involve assisting students with a range of needs to engage in and access lessons, achieving to the best of their ability.

Requirements

To be a supply teaching assistant with Equal Education Partners, you must:

• Have a proactive attitude and a good work ethic.
• Provide professional references from your previous employers

• Have strong literacy and numeracy skills
• Be registered with the relevant teaching body (e.g. EWC in Wales & TRC in England)
• Possess an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or be willing for us to process a new one
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Be able to build excellent rapport with other educators and pupils alike
• Have a strong understanding of and commitment to child safeguarding
