Are you ready to rethink your routine? We’re looking for a Senior Retail Planner to join our global Operations team. This role will be responsible for creating and developing store replenishment plans, managing the launch orders for our new store opening program and feeding in the store events into the demand and supply planning teams.  This role will report into the Head of Supply Planning and work closely with finance, retail, demand/supply planning and project management.

The Role 
Your daily to-dos might look like this:

• Keep an open communication with demand and supply planning teams, along with retail stores to measure performance and identify areas of improvement

• Create and maintain store level retail replenishment plans

• Analyse trends to develop replenishment plans accordingly
• Calculate stock requirements for new store launches
• Manage new store opening orders
• Develop and monitor inventory turn goals and objectives to support business objectives
• Develop and maintain close relationships with the global team and logistics to anticipate timeframe and potential delays impacting store sales
• Analyse data and develop reports to effectively communicate performance to senior management
• Provide warehouses with order volume forecasts

Requirements

These skills will help you go far in this role:

• Proven Retail planning/Allocator experience and working knowledge of retail replenishment best practice
• Experience within a directly managed store/concession retail environment is an advantage
• Advanced Excel Skills
• Working knowledge of Supply Chain ERP systems
• Analytically mindset with strong attention to detail
• Passionate about collaboration and improving processes 

• FMCG experience
• A results driven “can do” attitude
