Hybrid Working Pattern - 2 days per week in our London Bridge office.

Our software solutions connect businesses and consumers, powering more than half of all UK housing transactions each year.

We deliver a one-stop shop for estate agents and home builders to drive efficiencies, speed up the transaction while reducing risk, improve end-customer experiences, stay ahead of regulatory changes and unlock new areas for business growth.

Summary of role

We believe we have a once-in-a-career opportunity to lead the company in maintaining Alto as the #1 software for estate agents, and be part of  improving the overall home buying and moving process in the UK. 

Houseful Customer Marketing is looking for a Go-to-market (GTM) manager for their Software business unit. Reporting into the Head of Marketing, this role will require a person with strong project management skills as well as product marketing background to be able to own the end to end launch of new feature and functionality updates and partner integrations for Houseful’s hero CRM, Alto. 

This person will be working across all customer facing teams, coordinating the GTM plan execution and will be responsible for the successful delivery to plan with a defined set of KPIs that reflect business impact.

Key responsibilities

  • Be on point for the marketing workstream for multiple cross-functional initiatives including lead generation for Alto, the Alto appstore and our main growth initiatives by partnering closely with Product to bring to market all product releases, major updates and partner integrations. Advising on the right strategy for the GTM plan.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans including the end of end definition of market opportunity, competitive landscape, target segments, route to market, pricing, proposition, key messaging, commercial benefit/impact and launch timeline in partnership with the Product owner and Sales.  
  • Be the keeper of the Alto proposition, key messaging and sales enablement tools, revising as the product grows
  • Partner closely with others within marketing, PR, product  and our research teams on responding to customer and business impact of new regulation and thought-leadership within the property industry.
  • Own the GTM relationship with our integration partners, and share responsibility for partner success with Product and Business Development

Requirements

Essential skills

  • You have experience launching and in-life marketing of software and/or services and have a proven track record of partnering with product, marketing and sales teams to create innovative growth marketing plans to drive awareness, adoption and usage for B2B audiences.
  • You are customer obsessed, ROI and data driven, track record of seeing a strategy, defined objective(s), defined KPIs and reporting against plan
  • You’re a self-starter with the ability to build programs from the ground up: you have a bias to action and are ready to roll-up your sleeves and get things done
  • You have strong project management and interpersonal skills and are able to work with Product, User Research, Sales and Marketing teams to identify, prioritise, realise opportunities and drive measurable results.
  • You have experience working with partners (e.g. developers) and developing compelling joint-value propositions.
  • You’ve always wanted to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment and are comfortable working with all levels and teams in an organisation.

Desired skills

  • Knowledgeable and comfortable with Agile development practices from the point of view of Product Marketing
  • Project management certified (PRINCE2 or equivalent)
