Requirements

Key responsibilities, duties and tasks

- Carry out technical and repair work to all Accora supplied products

- Complete administrative work with in time scales

- Ensure that all clients are receiving an excellent level of customer service from Accora

- Assisting with some installs into care homes where required

- Make sure stock is managed on van to cater for all call outs

- Work with customer service team to arrange call outs in an effective manner

- Assisting the sales team with visits where required

- Undertake such other duties, training and/or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general level of responsibility of this job, whether that be on-the-job training, in-house training or external training courses

- Undertake health and safety duties commensurate with the post and as detailed in the Company’s Health and Safety Policy

- Act as an ambassador of the Company and promote the company brand, always displaying a positive image to customers and members of the public

Qualifications and training

It is essential that the postholder has:

·        Qualification to A-level standard or equivalent

It is desirable that the postholder has:

·        Degree or equivalent in a relevant subject, such as

 

Experience and knowledge

It is desirable that the postholder has:

·        Relevant product and industry knowledge

Skills and abilities

It is essential that the postholder has:

·        Strong communication (oral and written) and numeracy skills

·        Effective and confident telephone skills, with an excellent level of English

·        Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team

·        Ability to flourish in a competitive environment

·        Good ICT skills

·        Maintain excellent levels of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

·        Attention to detail and compliance with company systems and processes

·        Flexibility dealing with multiple and varying duties concurrently

·        Ability to use initiative in a variety of challenging situations

·        Ability to contribute to groups discussions in a thoughtful manner

·        Ability to work methodically and fault find

·        Prepared to stay overnight in hotels as necessary for maximum travel efficiency

·        Drive with due care, attention and courtesy at all times

·        Outlook and Word Processing skills
