About you
All Cyrex projects are agile, fast-paced but quality-driven, and rarely with teams over 4/5 people. In this context, you will manage (on average) 2 to 3 projects simultaneously. Withing the bigger scope of software development and security, our involvement in projects can vary significantly from project to project, as will the language stack.
As the Technical Project Manager, you'll be expected to have functional oversight of the sprint, the scrum, and roadmap of your projects. This includes good communications with the developers, testers and the product's PO, setting priorities as well as be responsible for safeguarding the general quality of the project.
You are expected to navigate between projects, clients and teams seamlessly. You will need to understand the different needs and bottlenecks each context can bring, flag these ahead of time and strive to maintain your team(s) performant and above all, our clients very happy.
You share our values:
Technical Excellence: you are, or want to be, the best Project Manager in the world
Ownership: take responsibility and feel empowered to deliver
Solution Oriented Thinking: be pragmatic and efficient
Teamwork: Sharing, help, learn, contribute, and thy shall be given too
Respect: Respect yourself, your colleagues, our company and clients.
