London, GBWhat will you be doing?
Work closely with Vogue Global Editorial Leadership to oversee the editorial content calendar and ensure all teams collaborate and ideate across important universal themes and cultural moments
Manage content outputs from a large dispersed team of editors, writers, creators, photographers, translators, and strategists with a positive, community-building approach that respects different cultures
Review the global lineup for story pitches and ensure all editorial teams have a strong awareness of the content pipeline at all stages of production
Manage tracking and communication of the status of syndicated assets across print and digital
Act as the point of contact for rights and permission requests between editorial teams and business affairs, as well as managing Vogue’s internal distribution channels and the operational onboarding of new contributors
Provide support for the Senior Planning Manager and stakeholders across editorial, commercial, video and audience development
Assist relevant stakeholders in the planning, execution and reporting of tentpole events such as the Met Gala, Vogue World, fashion month, and awards season
Who you are:
A proven track record of successfully partnering with content teams across all platforms in an editorial environment
Strong editorial instincts as well as experience in reading data-driven reports
Experience working for a global company or with international stakeholders
Excellent communication skills
Highly organized and confident in establishing and maintaining new workflows
Confident in using workflow tools and a keen interest in evolving and streamlining existing operations
A basic understanding of SEO, crafting digital copy and navigating a CMS
Experience building relationships remotely
Understanding of translation management is a plus but not required
