If so, you might be the perfect candidate for the Continuous Improvement Executive role within People Services. Our People Services team support the administration of the employee lifecycle.

A look into the role
As a Continuous Improvement Executive within our People Services team, you will:
Analyse data and processes to identify gaps, issues, and areas for improvement within People Services and the end user
Evaluate and report on the outcomes and benefits of changes
Support the People Services Manager with promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the team
Be responsible for the maintenance and creation of People Services owned resources to support both the team and the users of the processes.
Support the delivery of continuous improvement projects within the people services team
Knowing you’re right for us
Joining us as a Continuous Improvement Executive, the minimum criteria you’ll need is:
a curious mindset,
experience in introducing new digital ways of working to a team,
examples of where you have analysed data to show the benefits of a change or influence change, and
actively been involved in analysing and presenting management information.
It would be great if you had some of the following skills, but don’t worry if you don’t tick every box, we’ll help you develop along the way.
Experience of taking a lead role within projects
Prior experience of working within a People Services environment
Experience of working in a partnership
Experience of managing change
Competent in using Visio
