The EMEA Go to Market Operations (GTMO) team within Intel's Sales and Marketing Group is charged with running operations and growing the business for Intel and its customers by leveraging meaningful data analysis and market insights.
There is no better place to see how Intel works than GTMO, we are the ENGINE ROOM of the company. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an EMEA Rebates Analyst to join our team based in Swindon, supporting EMEA regional operations.
EMEA Operations group has adopted a hybrid work model, in this role there will be a requirement to regularly be on-site in Swindon
The EMEA Customer Rebate Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Accurately forecasting customer rebates with an excellent understanding of pricing strategy.
Accountable for the calculation, scheduling and execution of rebate payments in cooperation with our finance teams
Ownership and accountability for the EMEA SoX (Sarbanes-Oxley) 606 audit and associated control functions.
Working with IT and Projects teams on the development, testing and implementation of rebates systems/tools as required.
Using data to drive problem resolution
Building trust and respect with co-worker's, managers and worldwide counterparts (buyers, peers, and direct managers) Improving productivity and process by developing, using and sharing best known methods to help others complete assignments
Presenting ideas and/or opinions in a direct manner
Qualifications:
2+ years of business or operational experience
Fluent in both verbal and written English
Strong customer service focus and good business acumen to drive the business forward
Excellent data analytical, organizational, problem solving, influencing, networking and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic and changing environment, either independently or in a team
Self-assurance to deal with tough problems/situations
Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt style and content appropriately for the audience
Ability to work well and collaborate with others to achieve high quality result
A 'can-do' approach and attitude, willingness to take informed risks in order to achieve desired goals
Knowledge of SAP and/or Reporting tools would also be a distinct advantage
