Who You Are
This job opportunity in IFS will be part of the Customer Solutions Engineering (CSE) group which is responsible for the portions of the system foundry that brings the best of Intel technologies to IFS customers, differentiating and accelerating their solutions from architecture to post-silicon validation.
In this role your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Logic design, Register Transfer Level (RTL) coding, and simulation to generate cell libraries, functional units, and subsystems for inclusion in full chip designs.
Participate in the development of Architecture and Microarchitecture specifications for the Logic components.
Provide IP integration support to SoC customers and represents RTL team.
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, OR in any STEM related field of study and 1+ years of experience OR a Master’s degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or in any STEM related field of study.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year experience with Logic RTL Design Implementation and Debugging
Post graduate degree electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or in any STEM related field of study.
Low power experience or knowledge (e.g., architecture, design, verification, etc.)
Formal verification experience or knowledge (assertion-based testing) Experience with DDR, Ethernet, and/or PCIe protocols Experience implementing digital logic designs in FPGA systems or other emulation methods.
Experience or knowledge with adjacent areas of the SoC development process (e.g. synthesis, static timing analysis, formal equivalence checking, etc.)

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in
US, California:$91,500.00-$137,436.00Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience.
Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
