Join the New Mexico Disaggregated Manufacturing Organization (NM DMO) as an admin to begin an administrative professional career amid an exciting period of transformation for the Rio Rancho, NM site during start-up and ramp of Foveros.
Responsibilities include the following but are not limited to:
Performs varied administrative support activities in support of 1 or more departments, department manager, and staff.
Calendar management with shifting priorities and deadlines, organize meetings and catering, prepare agendas and coordinating all logistics.
Proficient with all Microsoft 365 Office tools, experience with M365Teams and SharePoint Online.
Active team member in assisting the coordination and execution of activities across the organization for on-site events, conferences, face to face meetings, etc.
Order and maintain office and ergonomic supplies following CPC and purchase order guidelines.
Own set-up and support new hire workspaces.
Act as the point of contact for employees requiring support, information, and resources.
Works under minimal direction and follows established standards.

Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must have a High School diploma or equivalent
3+ months of administrative experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Familiar with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
