Go-to-Market Strategy & Planning Director
Reporting into the General Manager of Corporates Europe, the Go-to-market Strategy & Planning Director will design the long-term growth strategy and manage the annual and quarterly planning of the division. The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in a consulting or in-house strategic roles and is looking to take their career to the next level by joining a Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be a data-driven individual that is able to distill complex matters into simple recommendations. This role will be working with a large network of business partners and excels at managing stakeholders in global organisations.
This candidate will join a highly dynamic team that is seeking ambitious growth goals for 2024 and beyond.
About The Role
Manage the annual and quarterly planning and investment cycles, including the creation of Quarterly Business Review presentations.
Draft business cases for organic and inorganic expansion.
Support the M&A team managing acquisitions and divestitures that affects the Corporates Europe segment.
Support the Sales and Retention leads in designing sales play per market segment and product (new customer acquisition, product upsell and cross-sell, marketing mix, etc.)
Diagnose current performance of sales-related metrics and identify improvement levers.
Collate, communicate, and instigate the creation of new or improved processes required for the smooth functioning of the division.
Create and maintain market sizing data to support investment in new markets and products.
Manage a network of internal stakeholders to ensure the appropriate level of support to the Corporates Europe team
About You
Business or related field graduate, MBA preferred.
Strong Excel modelling abilities.
Comfortable with storytelling in PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written Executive-level communication skills.
Ability to recognize and suggest process improvements within assigned area of responsibility.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
BA degree in business, or related field required.
5+ years in consulting, in-house strategy or equivalent general business management experience required.
Experience in the Legal or Tax industry is an asset but not required.
