Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
The Test Technician is responsible for the electrical testing of wire, components, cable, and assemblies in various stages of production and as finished product. The work involves use of high potential voltage AC and DC test equipment, as well as various types of electrical bridges, meters, and fiber optic test sets. Job involves all aspects of testing and final inspection.
Qualifications:
Solid, stable work history with experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
Must be highly aware of Safety Procedures and maintain test area in a safe and orderly condition
An electrical background, vocational or military service training in the electrical field, or the equivalent in experience is preferred. Ability to read, write and understand and communicate effectively in English
• Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
