M,A&D Data Lead, Senior Manager

In this role you will:

  • Leads the specific deal data team to deliver all parts of an MA&D deal including: Scoping and Estimation, Discovery, Categorization and Treatment, Execute, and Closure.
  • Ensure cohesive coverage of unstructured, structured and physical records – both held by the target entity and third-party suppliers.
  • Drafts the data disposition principles for the specific MA&D deal.
  • Leads development of the M&A deal data disposition plan and its delivery.
  • Works with the appropriate functions to brief and mobilise functional data leads.
  • Works across functions to scope, identify, categorise and treat data.

Qualifications & Skills:

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:

  • MBA or BS Technical Degree e.g., Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related discipline. MS Degree preferred.
  • Possesses significant expertise and wide experience in business/functional area.
  • Previous global function and experience in major organization are preferred. Pharmaceutical or other regulated industry experiences is a plus.
  • Experience developing and implementing solutions that span geographical boundaries and time zones.
  • Knowledge of business ecosystems, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, event-driven IT and predictive analytics.
  • Experience with cloud computing architecture and security.
