Job Description:

Our GSP team is changing the nature of communication and collaboration with many of the world’s best-known companies and organizations. Our industry-best platform improves mobility, efficiency and the power of human connection. The GSP. Channel  Director –UK is focused on BT and works closely with all levels of RingCentral’s sales organization to drive customer acquisition—and transform the ways our customers communicate. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work very closely with BT to effectively increase revenue, enhance existing relationships throughout the organization and take it all up t the next level

  • You will be integral to the success of our overall enterprise strategy through strategic partner relationships

  • Success will be measured based on your ability to achieve sales targets while driving world class customer and partner success

  • Build and manage RingCentral’s strategic partner relationship with BT

  • Develop and execute end-to-end partner business plans

  • Collaborate effectively with multiple internal organisations, including Sales, R&D, Marketing, Professional Services, and the partner support ecosystem to achieve partner objectives

  • Coordinate quarterly and/or annual business reviews to ensure successful joint execution

  • Establish and execute a formalised relationship mapping strategy

  • Partner with RingCentral and partner sales teams to ensure successful deal execution

  • Develop executive relationships with these service providers and sponsor executive relationships between RingCentral and the service providers

Qualifications & Skills:

The ideal candidate with have typically 12 years’ experience with both channel sales, channel management and direct selling in Enterprise. Demonstrated track record in growing and managing strategic partnerships

With typically 3-5 years of SaaS based sales experience, you will have:

  • Proven ability to develop a plan and achieve results in a complex cross-functional environment

  • Demonstrated analytical, organisational and project management skills

  • Demonstrable proof of producing measurable results of influenced and sourced revenue through global strategic partners

  • Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships while delivering results in a highly complex matrixed organisation

  • Executive presence to lead and manage

  • Strong executive selling and business development skills, with a proven ability to understand different partner GTM and organisational models

  • Ability to develop ad drive execution of joint solutions
