Ensure all key client and supplier SLAs are consistently met and issues escalated where appropriate
Manage operational queries from both internal and external stakeholders, including the wider Operations team, clients and suppliers
Ensure that communication with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders is effective and timely
Support the Team Manager and the immediate team on exception management and incident resolution
Become and act as a Subject Matter Expert, identify and raise process improvements
Support the Team Manager and Senior team members to perform Quality Assurance against processes, ensuring team desk procedures are updated for any changes
Intermediate administration and/or data entry experience
Good experience using Microsoft/ Google packages
Good experience in process management
Good decision-making skills and excellent interpersonal & communication skills
Understanding of debt recovery industry or financial services
Good attention to detail with excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise varying workloads
Good numerical and literacy skills
Good evidence of suggesting and delivering process improvements
