As Product Marketing Manager you will play a pivotal role leading the design and delivery of campaigns as well as helping to shape the core value proposition for our Consumer bureau business. You will own the full funnel and pipeline when it comes to driving engagement from product and feature development, to product and feature promotion as clients sign-on. This key role will work with a team of product marketing managers and other key stakeholders to execute the marketing strategy which helps meet our client needs and in turn support our business growth.

You will be competent at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to effectively interact with colleagues at all levels to maximise the marketing strategy and ensure awareness across the business.

What you’ll do

  • Own and deliver the Product Go to Market strategy, delivery and results including roadmap and dashboard related to prospect and client engagement for all new and legacy products across our Consumer bureau offering.

  • Engage closely with the Product Managers to align on priorities and key messaging recognising the sectors in which we operate and the product features/capabilities we provide.

  • Develop and execute the full marketing strategy and plan for our Consumer bureau products and solutions; including demand generation, product marketing, web strategy, voice of customer, events, stakeholder engagement, thought leadership, blog/content development and social media support.

  • Creating the strategy, campaigns and tactics to engage key audiences, build brand awareness, improve preference and support business objectives.

  • Develop campaign plans, which include advertising, promotion, events, roundtables, stakeholder

  • engagement, sales collateral and internet/digital marketing.

  • Lead all creative, segmentation and tracking using both in-house and outside help to build continuous engagement amongst prospects and clients.

  • Interpret and validate personas, target audience groups and core journeys that matter most in delivering impact across the product set.

  • Collaborate with other teams/agencies to help define and deliver effective prospect and customer

  • marketing initiatives.

  • Work with the global web centre of excellence team to optimise and manage website changes. Ensure that UK content aligns with the brand strategy and meets accessibility standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership on marketing/sales funnel definitions, pipeline goals, SLAs, and unified funnel reporting that drives alignment and optimisation throughout the lead to deal process.

  • Analyse past campaign metrics to optimise future results campaigns to support the business in meeting ambitious growth targets.

What experience you need

  • A proactive and driven professional who can build, manage and direct a full channel marketing strategy.

  • Experienced in implementing effective go-to-market strategies for new products (plus refreshed

  • perspectives on existing products) to drive demand generation and pipeline development. Managing an end-to-end process through Product Owners, Technology, Sales and Operations.

  • Proven experience of data-driven marketing campaign delivery and knowledge of traditional and digital channels, journeys and funnel optimisation.

  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deliver and report on multiple projects in various stages of the campaign lifecycle to draw out performance insights and drive improvement.

  • A data-first thinker who uses a fact-based approach to present data that delivers business, customer, campaign insights.

  • Strategic mindset to plan and implement long term campaigns with outcomes linking to wider business requirements.

  • Attention to detail across all communications and reporting to ensure first-class accuracy.

  • Ability to operate independently and to apply new perspectives on existing solutions to solve complex problems.

  • Ability to create strong networks and work cross-functionally to build trust and enable smooth execution of marketing activity for the business.

What would set you apart

  • Strong current experience working in a product marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment, with

  • hands-on experience delivering web, digital marketing and content marketing.

  • Experience in the development and coordination of marketing campaigns, materials and activities in a B2B environment.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Plus a high standard of influencing skills with more senior business colleagues.

  • Experience in planning and delivering detailed marketing and communications programmes which increase demand.

  • Experience in measuring and reporting on marketing (or departmental) investments for a B2B business, plus building and sharing the ROI story based on measurable activities and metrics.

  • Strong understanding of digital channels, segmentation and marketing strategies.

  • Experienced in using G Suite, Oracle Eloqua, SalesForce Sales Cloud, Pardot or Marketing Cloud, Google Analytics 360.
