As Supplier Manager you will be responsible for the overall performance management of your debt collection suppliers, ensuring the suppliers used deliver the right outcomes in the most cost effective way, and ensuring that TDX’s compliance and risk obligations are managed.

You will be responsible for maintaining relationships with current debt collection suppliers
Managing their performance and compliance in line with the TDX Group expected outcome levels
Ensuring TDX’s service standards are adhered to
Managing 3rd party TDX’s compliance obligations
Ensuring risks and issues are managed effectively, thereby protecting TDX’s reputation
Collaborate with numerous internal departments managing incidents, problems and resolutions
Interpret MI data, identify the key points and commentary for your assigned agencies
Ensure that governance protocols are followed
Maintain a visible presence on site with suppliers
Own in-house audit and compliance escalations and plan and execute remedial action with the supplier
Have worked in a financial regulated environment
A relationship, vendor, purchasing or supplier management role with third party suppliers
Supplier performance management, audits, problem resolution, compliance, risk and impact
Have interpreted MI data
The ability to travel to your debt collection suppliers

Able to demonstrate the ability to build professional relationships and influence a variety of stakeholders
Ability to find and develop opportunities to create value for TDX, its clients and suppliers
Ability to exhibit a professional demeanor over the phone, through email, and in person
