As our Digital Marketing Manager, you develop and execute digital projects, and measure results. Working cross-functionally in our Marketing team, you will lead effective digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with campaign strategies.
This position plays a pivotal role in growing our business, customer base and improving the user experience. Ideal candidates for this position should be innovative, with a deep understanding of various digital marketing channels.
This key role will work closely with the Product Operations Manager, Product Managers, Product Marketing Managers and Content Marketing Manager as well as other key stakeholders to execute the marketing strategy.
You will be competent at managing multiple tasks and deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals, identifying target audiences and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Work with Content Marketing Manager and Product Marketing Manager to develop digital content plans for marketing launches and campaigns. Analyse past campaign metrics to optimise future campaigns.
Plan, coordinate and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as social media, email, and display advertising.
Understand and map the customer journey to tailor campaigns that align with different stages of the buying process.
Understand and define target audience personas to tailor content that resonates with specific segments.
Lead optimisation of content for campaigns, blog posts and all digital copy. Provide recommendations that help the business achieve site goals based on information obtained through site audits, competitive assessments, user testing and site metrics.
Ensure campaigns comply with relevant regulations and industry best practices, particularly regarding data privacy and advertising standards.
Keep ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in digital marketing platforms, incorporating new ideas into campaigns.
Play a critical role in growing online presence and measurably elevate the company’s digital marketing expertise, presence, and effectiveness.
Evaluate the overall return on investment for digital marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for future campaigns.
Ensure campaign implementation follows organizational guidelines
Background in digital marketing, and brand strategy.
Good hands-on experience with web, digital marketing, content marketing.
Proven experience of data-driven marketing campaign delivery and extensive knowledge of digital channels, journeys and funnel optimisation.
Strong writing and editing skills. Attention to detail across all communications and reporting to ensure first-class accuracy.
A data-first thinker who uses a fact-based approach to present data that delivers business, customer and campaign insights.
Strategic mindset to plan and implement long term campaigns with outcomes linking to wider business requirements.
Ability to operate independently and to apply new perspectives on existing solutions to solve complex problems.
Ability to build strong networks and work cross-functionally to build trust and enable smooth execution of marketing activity for the business.
Be familiar with industry trends, possess project management skills, and demonstrate adaptability in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
Experience working in a marketing role, preferably in a B2B environment, with hands-on experience delivering web, digital marketing & content
Combined strategic and executional mindset that seeks to understand what we’re trying to achieve and how to achieve it.
Experience in measuring and reporting on marketing for a B2B business, plus building and sharing the ROI story based on measurable activities and metrics.
Strong understanding of digital channels.
Enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously with a positive sense of urgency, ownership and accountability.
Experienced in using Oracle Eloqua, SalesForce Sales Cloud, Pardot or Marketing Cloud, Demandbase, Google Analytics 360, Google Data Studio; SalesForce Tableau.
