This is an exciting new opportunity to join TDX Group's Data and Analytics team as a Lead Digital Collections Analyst where you will join at the grassroots of our new product launch and shape our data and analytics and drive insights. You’ll be an experienced analyst, a self starter, able to grow, lead and expand this new product offering and analytics to our clients .

Identify analytical insights and solutions through data management and analysis
Shape and put into practice standards and processes that will empower digital collections strategies
Design and develop innovative collections and contact strategies
Continually focus on optimising digital customer journeys and parameters
Deliver, interpret and add insight to MI on a weekly and monthly basis
Monitor and communicate digital collections performance throughout the business and to clients
Provide analytical support to internal colleagues and team members and external clients
Be an experienced analyst able to work independently
Good problem-solving and analytical skills with keen attention to detail
Ability to translate business objectives into an analytical agenda
Experience with database environments and dataset manipulation using analytical software such as SQL/Python/R/Excel
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with confidence and ability to influence others, internally as well as clients
Proven experience delivering high quality output to tight deadlines in an analytical role
Previous experience of designing, delivering and improving collections strategies
Bachelor’s degree in a numerical subject (Mathematics, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent
